The Urugo Women’s Opportunity Center hosts meetings, weddings, retreats and other events. In addition, we offer catering and accommodation services. Our team boasts a high level of professionalism and exemplary service delivery. The center’s spacious tent and state-of-the-art conference room are ideal for public institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations, private sector and civil society.

Meetings, Special Events & Weddings

The center’s outdoor tent accommodates up to 300 guests with additional space in the open garden. This venue is perfect for large gatherings, weddings, ceremonies, and other events.

Comfortable, Well-Equipped Meeting Spaces

Our conference room accommodates up to 15 people at a round table or 35 participants in a classroom setting.

For smaller meetings, our small conference room seats up to 10 at a round table. Our 7 training pods/creative spaces accommodate workshops with up to 20 persons each.

Logistics are a breeze with staff support services, including airport transfers, super-fast Wi-Fi across the campus, audio and visual equipment, and technical support.


Accommodation & meals

Urugo Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beverages needed during the tea/coffee breaks and other refreshments are also available. Urugo Roadside Café serves locally grown coffee, fresh juice, pastries, snacks, and beer.

If your meeting requires an overnight stay, the Urugo Eco-Lodge features 4 en-suite double-occupancy safari tents and 5 standard en-suite rooms, accommodating one to four guests each.
